Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องปัญหาการใช้ภาษาไทยของนักเรียนนักศึกษาไทยเชื้อสายมลายูในสาม จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการออกเสียงภาษาไทยของนักเรียนนักศึกษาในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่ใช้ภาษามลายูถิ่นในชีวิตประจำวันใน เรื่องการออกเสียง การใช้คำ ปัญหาการเรียงคำ เข้าประโยค ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหามารยาททางสังคมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลาที่สืบ เนื่องมาจากวัฒนธรรมการใช้ภาษา 3) เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้ภาษาไทยของ นักเรียนนักศึกษาในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนที่เป็นหน่วยฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาไทยชั้น ปีที่ 5 ในสาม จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 15 โรงเรียน และนักศึกษาชั้น ปีที่1 ปี การศึกษา 2554 ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา จำนวน 40 กลุ่มเรียน ซึ่งคัดเลือกเฉพาะผู้ที่ใช้ภาษามลายูถิ่นในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มเรียนละ 10-15 คน และมีภูมิลำเนากระจายกันอยู่ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าอุปสรรคสำคัญของคนที่พูดภาษามลายูถิ่นปาตานีคือเสียง วรรณยุกต์และเสียงตัวสะกดในภาษาไทย การผันเสียงวรรณยุกต์ในภาษาไทยมีความ ซับ ซ้อน มีเงื่อนไขที่สัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มอักษรความสั้น-ยาวของเสียงสระ และเสียงพยัญชนะ สะกด มลายูถิ่นปาตานีไม่มีระบบวรรณยุกต์ ทักษะในการแยกแยะระดับเสียงสูง-ต่ำของ นักเรียนนักศึกษาที่พูด ภาษามลายถิ่นปาตานีเป็นภาษาแม่จะมีน้อยเมื่อพูดหรือเขียนจึงทำให้ เกิดข้อผิดพลาดบ่อยครั้ง การแปลความหมายเป็นภาษาไทยตรงตามตัว เช่นการใช้คา สรรพบุรุษที่ 1 ที่ 2 และที่ 3 และการเรียงความในประโยคอาจไม่ถูกต้องกับการใช้คำหรือ สำนวนในภาษาไทย หรืออาจสื่อความหมายผิดพลาดและสื่อสารไม่รู้เรื่อง ส่งผลต่อ ภาพลักษณ์ของนักเรียนนักศึกษาที่ใช้ภาษามลายูถิ่นปาตานีในเรื่องมารยาทในการใช้ภาษา ในสังคมไทย องค์ความรู้จากการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้ออกแบบฝึกการออกเสียงให้แก่นักเรียน ในโรงเรียนเขตพื้นที่สามจังหวดชายแดนภาคใต้ และองค์ความรู้จากการวิจัยสามารถ นำไปพัฒนาทักษะภาษาไทย และเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมได้เป็นอย่างดี

Abstract: The research on “The problem of using Thai Language in Melayu ethic students in 3 southern border provinces” aims to 1) study the problem of Thai language pronunciation in 3 southern border provinces students who are using Melayu dialect in daily life in word pronouncing, using, word order into sentence both in speaking and writing 2)study the social etiquette problem of Yala Rajabhat University’s students which has been a sequel of using language culture 3) find the solutions of using Thai language problem of students in 3 southern border provinces The populations and samples are the students in the 15 training experience schools of the 5th year students majoring in Thai language in 3 southern border provinces and 40 sections of first year students of Yala Rajabhat University who are using Melayu dialect in daily life 10-15 person each sections and separately live in 3 southern border provinces. The findings showed the main obstacle of Melayu Patani (dialect) speakers are intonation and spelling tones in Thai language. Intonation inflection of Thai language is very complicated and there are the conditions related with alphabet groups, long-short vowels, and final consonant sound. These will not be found in Melayu Patani dialect. The ability in analyzing the high- low tone in the students who use Melayu Patani dialect as a mother language is low. As the result, it effected when students speak or write. They will translate word by word , for example, using 1st ,2nd and 3rd pronoun and word order into sentences which did not accurate or misinterpretation. These will effect to student’s identity who uses Melayu Patani dialect on the etiquette in using Thai language in Thai society.The acknowledgement of this research be able to design the pronunciation practice for students in 3 southern border provinces and to develop Thai language skills and enhance better understanding of living together in multicultural society as well.
