Abstract:
The research aimed to create and study the community collaboration model in early childhood curriculum quality management of Suan Dusit University Nakhonnayok Center. The sample in this study was composed of 1) 10 informants who were well-known university administrators, school administrators, curriculum users and parents, selected using purposive sampling method and 2) 316 school administrators, curriculum users and parents, selected using multi-stage sampling method. The structured interview was used as a research instrument for the former while questionnaires, with reliability of 0.98, were used for the latter. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The research showed that the community collaboration model in early childhood curriculum quality management which consisted of 58 guidelines in 1) goals and purposes setting, 2) desired characteristics of graduates, 3) subject contents, 4) designs of teaching and learning, 5) research promotion, 6) the provision of research and learning infrastructure, and 7) curriculum supervision was considered appropriate at a high level (mean = 4.08-4.12, SD = 0.54).
