The Relationship Between Leardership Behavior of School Administrators Toward Promoting Classroom Research for Teachers In Soidao District of Chanthaburi Province
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the relationship between leadership behaviors of school administrations toward promoting classroom research for teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province. The samples included 196 administrators and teachers in Soidao district of Chantaburi province in an academic year 2012. The instrument used for collecting data was a set of 5-rating scale questionnaire developed by researcher. The statistics used to analyze data composed of mean, Standard Deviation, and simple correlation.
The results of this research were as follows:
1. The leadership behaviors level of the school administrations in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province, as a whole was at a high level.
2. The level of promoting classroom research for the teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province, as a whole was at a moderate level.
3. The relationship between leadership behaviors of school administrations toward promoting classroom research for the teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province, was positively correlated relationship significantly at .01 level.
