Administrators strategic leadership in the 21stcentury affecting the internal quality assurance implementation of school under Pathum Thani primary education service area office
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study 1) level of administrators strategic leadership in the 21st century under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service Area office, 2) level of internal quality assurance implementation of school under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service Area office, and 3) Administrators strategic leadership in the 21st century which affected the implementation of internal quality assurance of school under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service area office.
The samples of 160 administrators and teachers from schools under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service area office were stratified-simple random sampling computer program. The research instrument was a 5 rating scale questionnaire, which showed 0.970 and 0.974 reliability. Descriptive statistics (percent, mean and standard deviation), correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with enter method were used for data analysis.
The research findings were as follows-:-1) the overall of administrators strategic leadership in the 21st century was in high level, 2) the overall of internal quality assurance implementation of school was high level, and 3) administrators strategic leadership in the 21st century which affected the implementation of internal quality assurance of schools under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service area office were the strategic direction, enterprise resource management, operating with integrity in the organization to control balance and revolutionary thinking respectively. All factors were able to predict the internal quality assurance of school under Pathum Thani Primary Education Service area office at 67 percent.
