Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS for Windows. The data were analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square t-test, Pearsons Movement Correlation Coefficiency and Logistic Regression Analysis. The results were revealed that the prevalence of smoking behavior among the cabin attendants was 39.1 percent. The non-addicted samplings of 124 had the prevalence of 29.03 percent and the addicted samplings of 43 had the prevalence of 10.1 percent. Factors related to smoking behavior were age, male gender, education level, adequate income, frequency of sleeping pills consumption, sick leave, frequency of caffeine consumption per day, alcoholic consumption, and frequency of alcoholic consumption. However, stress level had no correlation with smoking behavior. The factors that predicted smoking behavior were male gender; education level below Bachelor degree and alcoholic consumption and the factors that predicted nicotine dependence among the smoking group were the quantity of cigarette smoking per day and the family member who smoked.
