Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) Study the factors which influenced the performance
efficiency of the supportive personnel 2) Compare factors which influenced the
performance efficiency of the supportive personnel as classified by gender, age, status,
education levels, types of personnel, experience, and division of the supportive
personnel of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. The population were of
409 supportive personnel and separated into two groups which is the office personnel
and the service providing personnel. A total of 250 samples were randomly selected.
The research findings were as follows: The factors which influenced the
performance efficiency of the supportive personnel played a role at a high level.
Considering separate issues, the maximum value carrying issue was a need for
achievement. The factors affecting the performance efficiency were working conditions
and need for achievement, which could predict the efficiency by 48.20%. The samples
who were different in gender and age held different opinions with a statistical
significance of .01. Performance and need for achievement were different with
a statistical significance of .05. The samples who had different experience and status
and were under different divisions did not hold different opinions towards the
factors which influenced the performance efficiency.
