The Factors of Transformational Leardership and Human Resource Development that Influence Learning Organization in Rajamangala University of Technology
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study the factors of transformational leadership and
human resource development that has influence learning organization at Rajamangala
University of Technology. The consider factors are as following: transformational
leadership, human resource development and learning organization. There were
243 participants in this research from Rajamangala University of Technology, and
used questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The data analyzed by a computer
programming, it used the method of basis statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients
and multiple regression analysis. The factors from transformation leadership and
human resource development showed influences on the learning organization in
Rajamangala University of Technology. The resulted indicate a significant difference at
the level of 0.01 (p < 0.01). also factors of transformational leadership and human
resource development predicted coefficients to learning organization in Rajamangala
University of Technology at 53.90 percent (R2= 0.539). In summary the resulted from
this study showed a positive relationship between transformational leadership and
human resource development on learning organization.
