The Performance of Teaching Personnel' Duties of the Child Development Center under the Local Government Organizations in Dokhumtai District, Phayao Province
Abstract:
The propose of this self-independent studying are studying the operation condition of roles and responsibilities of teaching stuffs, and studying problems, suggestions of teachers about their roles and responsibilities in Child Development Center belong to Local Organization in Dok Kam Tai District, Phayao. 111 populations are child care teachers, child care teachers assistants, and child care of Local organization in Dok Kam Tai District, Phayao. The research instruments are questionnaire, rating scale, and open-ended questionnaire. Data analysis by using statistics of percentile, average, standard deviation, and frequency. The result of studying general roles and responsibilities of Child Care Center, the operation condition are in high level from high to low: the highest is classroom documents , the next is child caring, then is learning activities, then is community relationship, then is doing lesson plan, then is learning assessment, then is environment management, then is teaching material, then is classroom observing, then is self-development, then is education development, then is curriculum development, and the last is classroom research in order. From study of problems and suggestions found that, the performance of teaching personnel's duties of the Child Development Center under the Local Government Organizations, classroom research is the least because the teaching personnel lack of knowledge about the classroom research. Therefore, should be training about research in a variety of styles, the lecturers explain repeatedly to create understanding of the teaching personnel and apply the study results in every aspect to develop the performance of teaching personnel's duties of the Child Development Center under the Local Government Organizations.
