Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study and the model of development
school for being the learning organization of administrators school. The research
procedures consisted as follows: 1) Find basic data 2) Design the model
3) Implement and present the model for being the learning organization of
administrators school. The sample for appropriate development school for being the
learning organization was finally rated by the sample of 181 administrators in
Chanthaburi and Tart Primary Education Service Area. The statistical devices used for
analyzing the data were mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that the model of development school for being the
learning organization of administrators school : 1) Learning dynamic all aspects were
at high level arrange from high to low, support personal to learn and development
continue, support personal by teamwork and support personal learn by anticipate.
2) Organization transformation all aspects were at high level arrange from high to
low, support personal for understand plan of school, support personal can help
together and support personal to understand vision of school. 3) Empowering and
enabling people all aspects were at high level arrange from high to low, support
personal solve problem, support personal power by assign and support personal to
study for develop in work. 4) Knowledge management all aspects were at high level
arrange from high to low, support personal to manage information of school, support
personal can use information from various and support personal can retrieve data
easy. 5) Adding technological power all aspects were at high level arrange from high
to low, support to use instant program for work, support personal use technology for
exchange learner and support personal to use technology for work.
