Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the state of problems and the requirement of internal supervision and the development of the internal buddy system supervision manual and the appropriate evaluation of the internal buddy system supervision manual within Mattayom Bhajarakittiyabha 3 Suratthani school Province. The data were collected from School administrators and teachers, totally 60 respondents. The instrument used in this research was questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using the basic statically such as mean and standard deviation
The results of this research were found as follow; the state of problem and the requirement of internal supervision; the teachers need more understanding toward the internal buddy system supervision for all teachers in the school in order to create the clearly understanding and learning knowledge among teachers by performed the training and self-education via the school documentation of internal buddy system supervision manual. Checking framework a handbook, by change 5 amount you experts, by seeking value Index of Item - Objective Congruence, get 0.84 values. In addition, the result of the appropriate evaluation of the internal buddy system supervision manual within Mattayom Bhajarakittiyabha 3 Suratthani School Province, the overall result and each aspect were found that it had the appropriation at the high level.
