Abstract:
The competitive market of electronics industry influences the fluctuation of raw material costs. The fluctuation of raw material costs affect directly to products price. In order to gain the competitive advantage over other commercial competition, most of companies have to use their techniques and strategies to control material cost. Therefore, this research aims to study the negotiation guidelines to the price fluctuate of raw material in electronics industry to make equality in all industries. The data was collected from 10 workers of supplier and 5 workers of buyer. Who has direct responsibility for raw material price adjustment. They analyze the information of business partners and also investigate the marketing environment in order to find the solution of raw material price negotiation providing equality for negotiations. From the study, we found that there is not a methodical pattern for the negotiation to price fluctuation of raw materials. It caused an inequality in raw material price adjustment. Therefore, the consideration of the information of business partner, marketing environment and other comment will be useful to improve the equality in price negotiation of raw materials.
