The Knowledge Management of Educational Personnel Measures to Quality Classroom of Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools in Pong District, under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
This study was intended to study the knowledge management of educational personnel measures to Quality Classroom educational opportunity expansion schools in pong district, under Phayao primary educational service area office 2. 2016. This population was the 155 supporting administrators teacher and educational personal of educational opportunity expansion schools in pong district, under Phayao primary educational service area office 2. Tool used in this study was questionnaire measure assessing the five level statistics used in data analysis were percentage, frequency mean and standard deviation. The results were found that overall and seven strategies the knowledge management of educational personnel measures to Quality Classroom educational opportunity expansion schools in pong district, under Phayao primary educational service area office 2. 2016 were categorized in high level in all aspects ranged from highest to the lowest respectively by knowledge organization, knowledge codification and refinement, knowledge sharing, knowledge identification, knowledge access, knowledge creation and learning. The problems and suggestions was found that teacher and educational personal, lack of the knowledge management to quality classroom including learning, knowledge creation and knowledge access which Phayao primary educational service area office 2 should supporting teacher and educational personal to awareness with goals and developing quality classroom knowledge and planning.
