Abstract:
This research aimed to study the impacts of logistics factors influencing on lead time in public healthcare in Phayao province, Thailand. The participants were 200 public healthcare facilities in Phayao province including public hospitals, private hospitals, Tambon Health Promoting Hospital, medical clinic, and other. Data collection method included questionnaire, informal interview and journals and textbooks. For the result, the Cronbach's Alpha value of the factors in this study was higher than 0.9 which it had the range from 0.943 to 0.947. It indicated that was acceptable scale. All of factors had factor loading value since 0.50 to 0.82. It means all factors were valid to use in public healthcare facilities in Phayao province. The most important factor was delay of transportation with factor loading score as 0.82. The factor was the most frequently impact on lead time in public healthcare was product waiting time with mean score and standard deviation as 3.62 and 0.689.
