Abstract: การศึกษาความแปรผันทางกายวิภาคศาสตร์ของหลอดเลือดแดงบริเวณหลังเท้า ได้แก่ First dorsal metatarsal artery (FDMA) Dorsalis pedis artery (DPA) Arcuate artery และหลอดเลือดแดงอื่นๆที่อาจปรากฎนอกเหนือจากที่เคยมีรายงาน ซึ่งทำการศึกษาในศพผู้บริจาคร่างกายทั้งที่ผ่านการรักษาสภาพศพและไม่ผ่านการรักษาสภาพศพ รวมจำนวน 100 เท้า โดยทำการdissection เพื่อสังเกตและเก็บข้อมูลลักษณะการกระจายตัวของหลอดเลือดแดง วัดขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางภายในของ FDMA บันทึกผลลงในตารางและถ่ายภาพประกอบ นำผลไปวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา สำหรับ FDMA พบว่า แตกจาก DPA คิดเป็น 94.38% แตกจาก Plantar arterial tree คิดเป็น 4.5% แตกจาก Lateral Tarsal artery คิดเป็น 1.12% และความสัมพันธ์กับ First dorsal interosseous muscle แบ่งออกเป็น 5 แบบ แต่ละแบบคิดเป็นร้อยละ 24,47,16,2 และ 11 ตามลำดับ ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางภายในของ FDMA เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 1.475 +- 0.34 มม. สำหรับ DPA พบว่า ไม่พบ DPA คิดเป็น 6% พบ DPA คิดเป็น 94% โดยทั้งหมดแตกแขนงจาก Anterior tibial artery โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กับ Extensor hallucis longus muscle ดังนี้ DPA ตัดกับ Extensor hallucis longus muscle ที่ระดับเหนือ zone1 คิดเป็น 8.51% ที่ zone1 คิดเป็น 25.53% ที่ zone2 คิดเป็น 47.87% ที่ zone3 คิดเป็น 18.09% และระยะทางจากขอบด้านในของ proximal head ของ first metatarsal bone ถึงขอบด้านนอกของ DPA เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 1.495 +- 0.30 ซม. สำหรับ Arcuate artery พบว่า ไม่พบ Arcuate artery คิดเป็น 44% พบ Arcuate artery คิดเป็น 56% ในจำนวนที่พบ Arcuate artery แตกจาก DPA คิดเป็น 89.29% แตกจาก Lateral tarsal artery คิดเป็น 10.71% และไม่พบความแปรผันของหลอดเลือดแดงใหญ่อื่นๆนอกเหนือจากที่เคยมีรายงานไว้แล้ว

Abstract: The study of arterial variation of the dorsum of foot including the first dorsal metatarsal artery (FDMA), the dorsalis pedis artery (DPA) , the arcuate artery and other arteries ,that would be the new search beyond the issue. One hundred feet of Thai cadavers were dissected. The vascular anatomy was investigated with regard to its general distribution and variation, which collecting data, taking the photograph and analyzing the result to find the percentage. Mean and standard deviation of internal diameter of the first dorsal metatarsal artery was recorded. The first dorsal metatarsal artery arose from the dorsalis pedis artery in 94.38% of cases, from the plantar arterial tree in 4.5% and from the lateral tarsal artery in 1.12%. According to the location of the arterial vascularity, it was classified as superficial (24%), intramuscular (47%), inframuscular (16%), superficial and inframuscular (2%) and absent of FDMA (11%). The internal diameter of the first dorsal metatarsal artery was 1.475 +- 0.34 mm. The dorsalis pedis artery was absent in 6%. and present in 94% of cases. All of them arose from the anterior tibial artery. The dorsalis pedis artery crossed under the extensor hallucis tendon at the level above zone1 8.51%, in zone1 25.53%, in zone2 47.87% and in zone3 18.09%. The distance from the medial edge of the proximal head of the first metatarsal bone to the dorsalis pedis artery was 1.495 +- 0.30 cm. The arcuate artery was absent in 44% and present in 56% of cases. It arose from the dorsalis pedis artery (89.29%) and the lateral tarsal artery (10.71%). And other artery was not present in this study.
