Abstract:
The objectives of this research were : 1 ) to synthesize the pattern of Histopathology Analysis Diagnostic skills for medical students with Similarity approach Based, 2) to develop the training system for Histopathology Analysis Diagnostic skills with Similarity approach Based on Case-based Reasoning, 3) to find the pathology teachers satisfaction in using training system for Histopathology Analysis Diagnostic skills for Medical Students with Similarity approach Based on Case-based Reasoning, and 4) to find the pathology students satisfaction in using training system for Histopathology Analysis Diagnostic skills for Medical Students with Similarity approach Based on Case-based Reasoning. The research methodology consisted of 2 steps : the synthesize by using HADSS technique, and the developing a Histopathology Analysis Diagnostic skills program for Medical Students with Similarity approach Based on Case-based Reasoning. The program was developed based on SDLC. The samples were divided into three groups: 5 experts (pathology lecturers) , 10 pathologists, and 30 medical students. The research results were as follows : 1) the synthesize by using HADSS technique that consisted of 6 modules including : Main Module, student Module, Reasons and Similarity Module, Communication Module, and Lecturers Module, Collaborative Learning Module, Assessment Module, and Communication Module. The research findings has shown that experts had high satisfaction of the developed program (X ̅= 4.24, S.D. = 0.29). 2) the developed program has high accuracy in diagnostic disease as equal as diagnostic disease by experts and calculating in theory. The research finding shown that experts had high satisfaction of technic in developed program (X ̅= 4.14, S.D. = 0.14) and had high satisfaction of the developed lessons (X ̅= 4.14, S.D. = 0.14). 3) the opinions of experts satisfaction on the use of program were highest (X ̅= 4.50, S.D. = 0.34). 4) the students satisfaction after learning with the developed lessons was significantly high (X ̅= 4.41) , S.D. = 0.33). In conclusion, the synthesized HADSS model can be used for training Histopathology Analysis Diagnostic skills and can be applied to the other courses for medical study.
