Abstract:
To develop and validate the classroom research synthesis method in elementary Mathematics. The methods of the study were divided in 4 parts as follow (1) Classroom researches were collected from department of Education, Bangkok and Pattaya Metropolis and the published reports in Symposium proceeding. (2) Classroom researches were examined the included topics. (3) Classroom researches were analyzed by grouping their problems and levels of students, selecting the classroom researches for further synthesis, and identifying the methods in each research. (4) Classroom researches were synthesized for common methods in 2 levels which are the synthesis between researches which had the same problem and level of students, and the synthesis between levels of students which had the same problem. (5) The method for synthesizing classroom research was validated by judgment of experts. Classroom research synthesis found that (1) 12 common methods were used in numbers problem, prathom 1. (2) 10 common methods were used in addition problem, prathom 1. (3) 5 common methods were used in addition problem, prathom 2. (4) 6 common methods were used in subtraction problem, prathom 1. (5) 4 common methods were used in subtraction problem, prathom 2. (6) 7 common methods were used in multiplication problem, prathom 3. (7) 4 common methods were used in multiplication problem, prathom 5. (8) 6 common methods were used in problem solving problem, prathom 2. (9) 4 common methods were used in addition problem, prathom 1 and 2. (10) 3 common methods were used in subtraction problem, prathom 1 and 2. And (11) 4 common methods were used in multiplication problem, prathom 3 and 5. The criterions from the experts were divided in to 2 level of synthesizing (1) the common methods from at least 2 researches in between researches level and (2) the common methods from at least 1 research in every levels of students in between levels of student level.
