Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก ด้วยวิธีการศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อสังเคราะห์เป็นร่างรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และยืนยันด้วยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นทหารกองประจำการ จำนวน 323 นาย โดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลที่ได้ถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2) สร้างรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก โดยการสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 14 ท่าน กำหนดรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ คู่มือกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ฐานนิยม และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก จำนวน 323 นาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ข้อมูลที่ได้ถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.องค์ประกอบของการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการศึกษา 2) ด้านสุขภาพ 3) ด้านการมีงานทำ และ 4) ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม2. รูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก 1) ด้านการศึกษา เป็นประเภทการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน 2) ด้านสุขภาพ เป็นสุขภาพกายและใจ ใช้กิจกรรมการพัฒนาสุขภาพ ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมการกินอาหารอย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน และกิจกรรมครอบครัวอบอุ่น 3) ด้านการมีงานทำ เป็นงานอาชีพอิสระ โดยใช้โครงการฝึกอาชีพ และ 4) ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม เป็นคุณธรรมต่อตนเองและวิชาชีพ โดยใช้โครงการอบรมค่ายคุณธรรมจริยธรรมโดยวิธีการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3.ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการศึกษา มีความ พึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านสุขภาพ มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านการมีงานทำ ทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก ได้มีงานทำ ร้อยละ 97 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก มีเจตคติต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3 ห่วง 2 เงื่อนไข พบว่า 1) ความพอประมาณ ทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก สามารถลดและเลิกอบายมุข ยึดหลักประชาธิปไตยในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี ไม่ฟุ่มเฟือย กินอยู่ตามฐานะ ยึดหลักทางสายกลางในการดำเนินชีวิต 2) ความมีเหตุผล ทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก มีความตระหนักถึงความพอเพียงที่เป็นไปอย่างมีเหตุผล พิจารณาจากเหตุปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยคำนึงถึงผลที่จะเกิดขึ้นจากการกระทำนั้นอย่างรอบคอบ ใช้สติปัญญาในการดำเนินชีวิตได้ดี 3) การมีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัวเอง ทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก สามารถสร้างครอบครัวให้มีความอบอุ่น ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันเบื้องต้นที่ดี มีความพร้อมในการที่จะรับผลกระทบและการเปลี่ยนแปลงในด้านต่างๆ ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในครอบครัวและชุมชนได้ 4) การมีความรู้ ทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก มีความรู้ทั้งด้านวิชาการต่างๆ และด้านวิชาชีพ อย่างรอบด้าน สามารถนำไปประกอบอาชีพเลี้ยงตนเองและครอบครัวได้ดี และ 5) การมีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ทหารกองประจำการ สังกัดกองทัพบก สามารถประพฤติปฏิบัติตนเป็นลูกที่ดีของพ่อแม่ เป็นคนดีของสังคมและชุมชน มีความตระหนักในคุณธรรมตั้งมั่นอยู่ในศีลธรรม มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีความอดทน และใช้คุณธรรมนำความรู้

Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to study the elements of quality of life development based on sufficient economy philosophy of the military recruits. Theory and research that related to the quality of life development were synthesized by 5 experts and confirmed by the analysis of 323 samples. It was determined at 95 percent confidence by the criteria of the Taro Yamane table. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. 2) to develop an educational management model for quality of life development based on sufficient economy philosophy of the military recruits by conversing with 14 experts to determine an educational management model of quality of life based on sufficient economy. The instrument was an activity handbook based on sufficient economy philosophy for the military recruits. The data were analyzed in mode, and 3) to evaluate the educational management model for quality of life development based on sufficient economy of the military recruits. 323 military recruits were used as samples. The instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. Elements of quality of life development based on sufficient economy philosophy of military recruits were consisted of 1) education, 2) health, 3) employment, and 4) morals and ethics.2. Educational management model for quality of life development based on sufficient economy philosophy of the military recruits was determined by 1) education: most of the samples completed non-formal education, 2) the physical and mental health: the samples ate proper meals and engaged in warm family activities. 3) employment: Most of the samples were self-employed and involved in vocational training programs, and 4) Morals and Ethics: samples were conscious about being honest to themselves and their professions. They attended the workshop for morals and ethics advancement camp. 3. Evaluation of the educational management model for quality of life development based on sufficient economy of the military recruits is applicable to be used in developing the quality of life. Holistically, the education element was assessed to a high level of satisfactory; Health element was at the most satisfactory; and employment element was 97% at the very high level of satisfactory and; for morals and ethics element the samples were in favor of life quality improvement at the high level. In accordance to philosophy of Sufficient Economy 3 loops 2 conditions, this study also found that 1) Being contented: the draftees were able to reduce or give up all vices, work with others with principles of democracy, be frugal, follow moderate practice. 2) Being reasonable: the draftees were aware of reasonable contentment. They would thoroughly consider involving causes with the awareness of consequences. They conducted their lives wisely. 3) Self- immunity: they were capable to have warm families that immunize themselves against any sudden changes for their families or communities. 4) Being knowledgeable: they were prepared vocationally and academically. They were capable to make a living for themselves and their families. 5) Morals and ethics: they could conduct themselves decently, be good offsprings for their parents and be good people in social and communities. They had good morals, honesty, and tolerance, and let integrity lead knowledge.
