Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทยสำหรับนักศึกษาปีที่ 2 ระดับปริญญาตรีที่เรียนภาษาไทยในกรุงฮานอย สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนามให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาปีที่ 2 ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และ 3) ศึกษาเจตคติของนักศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาที่เรียนภาษาไทยในกรุงฮานอยในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน 15 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทย จำนวน 3 หน่วย ประกอบด้วย หน่วยที่ 1 เรื่อง อาเซียนและเอกลักษณ์ไทย หน่วยที่ 2 เทศกาลสงกรานต์ และหน่วยที่ 3 เรื่องวันลอยกระทง 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์การอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทย 3) แบบทดสอบประจำหน่วยที่ 1 - หน่วยที่ 3 และ 4) แบบสอบถามวัดเจตคติของนักศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติทีและค่าสถิติ E1/E2.ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทยสำหรับนักศึกษาปีที่ 2 ระดับปริญญาตรี ที่เรียนภาษาไทยในกรุงฮานอย สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนามมีค่าเท่ากับ 81.22/80.11 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลการทดลองกับนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่สร้างขึ้นทำให้นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนและสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลการศึกษาด้านเจตคติของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทย พบว่า นักศึกษามีเจตคติต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to develop Computer Assisted Instruction for developing Thai language reading skill for main idea of second year bachelor degree students studying Thai language in Hanoi the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to meet the criteria of 80/80, 2) to compare Thai language reading skill for main idea of second year bachelor degree students between pretest and posttest using Computer Assisted Instruction and 3) to study the attitude of second year bachelor degree students towards Computer Assisted Instruction. The sample comprised a class of 15 students studying Thai language in Hanoi in the first semester of the academic year 2013, selected by cluster random sampling. The tools of this research were: 1) three units of Computer Assisted Instruction for Thai language reading skill for main idea, unit 1. Asean and Thai Identity, unit 2. Songkran Festival and unit 3. Loy Kratong Day, 2) pretest and posttest for three units, 3) pretests and posttests for each unit and 4) a questionnaire for the students about their attitudes towards Computer Assisted Instruction. Statistics used to analyze data were mean, standard deviation, t-test and the efficiency of E1/E2.The research findings were as follows: 1. The implementation of Computer Assisted Instruction for developing the Thai language reading skill for main idea of second year bachelor degree students studying Thai language in Hanoi the Socialist Republic of Vietnam had an efficiency of 81.22/80.11, which met the criteria of 80/80. 2. The experimental results found that the students who learned by Computer Assisted Instruction had higher learning abilities than before using Computer Assisted Instruction with a statistically significant at the level of .05. 3. The learning attitudes of the students towards Computer Assisted Instruction for developing the Thai language reading skill for main idea were overall at the highest level.
