The development of learning achievement on the Buddhism important days of Grade 6 students using blended learning between face-to-face learning and Facebook learning
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) improve students learning achievements before, during and after learning about the important days of Buddhism of Grade 6 students using blended learning between face-to-face learning and facebook learning and 2) study Grade 6 students satisfaction in learning through blended method between face-to-face learning and facebook learning. The population was 584 students from 6 schools under Department of Local Administration Pathum Thani Province. The sample was 30 Grade 6 students from Anuban Bangkradi Municipal School under Department of Local Administration Pathum Thani Province in semester 2 of academic year 2013 using Cluster random sampling. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, percentage and repeated measure one-way ANOVA method. The results were as follows: 1.The blended learning between face-to-face learning and facebook learning was devided into 4 aspects: the introduction of the lesson via facebook, contents, learning management system and using facebook on the important days of Buddhism with the reliability of 1.00 evaluated by 5 experts. 2.The students learning achievements before, during and after learning about the important days of Buddhism using blended learning between face-to-face learning and facebook learning were statistically significant different at 0.05 level. 3.The students satisfaction with the blended learning between face-to-face learning and facebook learning on the important days of Buddhism was at a very good level.
