Abstract:
This research aimed 1) to investigate the service quality of Thammasat Sports Center, Rangsit Campus, Pathum Thani Province, and 2) to compare the service quality level of this Sports Center provided for the members. The comparison was based on the members Personal factors including gender, age, educational level, occupation, income and membership type as well as types of sport facility that were most frequently used. The research population consisted of 432 members at the Sports Center and the sample was 208 members. The research instrument used for collecting data a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and group differentiation test by LSD method at the level 0.05. From the research: 1. It was found that the overall service quality of Thammasat Sports Center, Rangsit Campus, Pathum Thani Province was at a high level ( = 3.9675). When considering each aspect, it was found that all levels of service quality were high. 2. According to a hypothesis test used to compare the differences in service quality at this sports center based or the members Personal factor, it was found that the members with different genders, ages, educational levels and incomes did not experience different levels of service quality. However, the types of members and the types of sport facility that were most frequently used showed different levels of overall service quality.
