Abstract: สร้างระบบฐานความรู้เพื่อเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระบบการผลิตของอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติก ที่โรงงานส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นโรงงานขนาดเล็กที่มักจะขาดความรู้ในกระบวนการผลิต ซึ่งฐานความรู้นี้จะเน้นที่กระบวนการรีดพลาสติกแผ่น (Calendering) และการขึ้นรูปร้อนด้วยสุญญากาศ (Vacuum forming) เนื่องจากเป็นอุตสาหกรรมการขึ้นรูปพลาสติกที่เชื่อมโยงกัน จากการผลิตพลาสติกแผ่นในกระบวนการรีดพลาสติกแผ่น เพื่อนำไปส่งขึ้นรูปต่อในกระบวนการขึ้นรูปร้อนด้วยสุญญากาศ เพื่อผลิตเป็นบรรจุภัณฑ์หรือชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกต่างๆ ซึ่งฐานความรู้นี้จะรวมรวมข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ โดยแบ่งเป็นข้อมูลภาคปฎิบัติ ซึ่งจะได้มาจากการเก็บข้อมูลในโรงงานพลาสติก และข้อมูลภาคทฤษฎีจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆ เช่นความรู้ทั่วไปจากอินเตอร์เน็ต เอกสารความรู้ หนังสือและงานวิจัย โดยในฐานความรู้จะสามารถแสดงความรู้และค้นหาความรู้ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เนตที่ www.fromc2v com ในส่วนของการประเมินระบบฐานความรู้นั้นจะประเมินจากแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นในการใช้งานระบบฐานความรู้ ซึ่งผลประเมินระบบฐานความรู้เป็นดังนี้คือ กลุ่มของบุคคลทั่วไปจะมีระดับความพึงพอใจในส่วนของความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาที่ 87.23% ความสะดวกในการใช้งานที่ 87.66% สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางแก้ปัญหาได้ที่ 88.51% และมีค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมจากทั้ง 25 หัวข้อที่ประเมินเป็น 4.301 จาก 5 หรือ 86.02% โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจะแนะนำฐานความรู้นี้ให้ผู้อื่นถึง 91.45% และในส่วนของการประเมินกลุ่มของบุคคลในอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติกพบว่ามีระดับความพึงพอใจในส่วนของความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาที่ 71.58% ความสะดวกในการใช้งานที่ 83.16% สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางแก้ปัญหาได้ที่ 82.11% และมีค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมเป็น 3.903 จาก 5 หรือ 78.05% โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจะแนะนำฐานความรู้นี้ให้ผู้อื่นถึง 94.74% ซึ่งถือว่าอยู่ในระดับดี

Abstract: Research is making of knowledge base system. For being the resource information of production system in plastic industry that the most is small sized factory, lack of knowledge in processing. The knowledge base is emphasize in and vacuum forming process, which is connected to Industry of plastic production. Before the vacuum forming, is to calendering process to make packaging or plastic parts. The knowledge base is to gathering data from anywhere like practical part, which is to collecting data in plastic factories and theory part ,which is to collecting from other information such as Internet, knowledge documents, books and researches. The knowledge base can be shown and searching by user at www.fromc2v.com. The evaluation of knowledge base system is analyzing from questionnaire in knowledge system which results show that opinion from viewer. General users’ level of satisfaction from content’s correction are 87.23%, convenient in the usability are 87.66% which can be use as solution for the problems at the rate 88.51%. Also, there is evaluated satisfaction average from 25 topics which is 4.301 from 5 or 86.02%. In addition, the questionnaire answerer will initiate other people into this knowledge base system at the rate 91.45%. For plastic industry, users’ level of satisfaction from content’s correction are 71.58%, convenient in the usability are 83.16% which can be use as solution for the problems at the rate 82.11% users’ average satisfaction is 3.903 from 5 or 78.05% In addition, the questionnaire answerer will initiate other people into this knowledge base system at the rate 94.74%, so this opinion tell good and satisfaction in general and problem knowledge together.
