Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบล (อปต.) ในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในตำบลศรีดอนมูล อำเภอเชียงแสน จังหวัดเชียงราย อย่างเป็นระบบ และการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีต่อระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มคณะกรรมการหน่วยอบรม จำนวน 15 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนที่เคยเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของหน่วยอบรม จำนวน 356 คน ด้วยการจัดทำประชุมกลุ่มย่อย และการใช้แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ทำการวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ t-test และ One Way ANOVA โดยวิธี Scheffe ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทของหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบลศรีดอนมูลในภาพรวมแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นองค์ที่กรมีศักยภาพต่อการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จ ด้วยภาวะผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณในฐานะพระสงฆ์ของประชาชน วิทยากรมีความรู้ความสามารถ และทักษะในการสื่อสารทางธรรมะ และเทคโนโลยีที่เป็นสมรรถนะหลักที่สำคัญต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร ส่วนโครงสร้างและการบริหารจัดการได้จัดระบบโครงสร้างบริหารอย่างมีรูปแบบและระบบดำเนินงานที่สามารถประสานและดำเนินงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานองค์กรอื่น ๆ ในพื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีการจัดประชุมวางแผนในระดับองค์กรภาคี และระดับปฏิบัติการ ภาวะผู้นำชุมชนเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสื่อสารระหว่างองค์กรกับประชาชนในพื้นที่ ภาพรวมระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อบทบาทของหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบลในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในตำบลศรีดอนมูล อำเภอเชียงแสน จังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับสูงทุกด้าน (=4.13) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่า บทบาทด้านความสามารถทักษะและความรู้ของบุคลากร และบทบาทต่อการใช้หลักธรรมในการพัฒนา เป็นกลุ่มบทบาทที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากันสูงสุด (=4.15) รองลงบทบาทด้านการจัดการสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมและช่วงระยะเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน (=4.14) ส่วนบทบาทต่อการแสวงหาทรัพยากรและการสนับสนุน มีระดับค่าเฉลี่ยถัดลงมา (=4.13) และพบว่าบทบาทด้านการจัดกิจกรรมในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนามีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดในกลุ่ม (=4.09) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อบทบาทของหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบลในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในตำบลศรีดอนมูลในภาพรวม พบว่า มีเพียงปัจจัยด้านความถี่ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอบรมและส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนาที่แตกต่างกันทำให้ระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อบทบาทของหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบลในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในตำบลศรีดอนมูลมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ประชาชนที่มีสถานภาพทางเพศ และความถี่ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอบรมและส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนาที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อช่วงระยะเวลาจัดกิจกรรม และความแตกต่างด้านเพศมีผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อบทบาทด้านการจัดกิจกรรมในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบลศรีดอนมูลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Abstract: The purpose of this study were: to investigate the satisfaction toward the role of Sub-District Public Training Unit in Promoting Buddhism In Sridonmoon Sub-District, Chiang Sean District, Chiang Rai Province, and to compare the individual factors of the officer affecting to the satisfaction’s level of the population. The samples comprised of 15 Training Unit Committees and 356 participants to the activities of Training Unit. The instruments were constructed by sub-group meeting and satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used for description analyzing the collect data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation. The hypothesis test used t-test, One Way ANOVA with Scheffe’s method. The result was the Sub-District Public Training Unit has a potentiality to organize and manage the activities effectively on behalf of the Buddhism Leader of the people; the lecturers have a knowledge and skill in Buddhism communication and there is a technology to support the activities. The organization chart and the management were set systematically that could communicate and cooperate effectively with other organizations. There were a meeting for planning in both association and operation. The local leadership is very important for communication between the organization and the local population. An overall analysis finds, the satisfaction toward the role of Sub-District Public Training Unit in Promoting Buddhism In Sridonmoon Sub-District, Chiang Sean District, Chiang Rai Province, participants’ satisfaction was at a high level in every factors (=4.13). Individual factor analysis shown that the role of skill and knowledge and the role of using Buddhism for development were at the highest level of arithmetic means (=4.15). Next, the role of location management and period for setting the activities were at the second level of arithmetic means (=4.14). Then, the role of resource and supporting seeking were at the third level (=4.13). Last, the role of activities operation in promoting Buddhism was at the lowest level (=4.09). The result of comparison between individual factors and a level of satisfaction toward the Role of Sub-District Public Training Unit in Promoteing Buddhism In Sridonmoon Sub-District shown that there was only one difference between the consequence of activity participation and promoting Buddhism aspect that were a cause of people’s satisfaction level to the Buddhism promoting of the Sub-District Public Training Unit. For individual aspect consideration, the difference of the gender and the consequence of activity participation and promoting Buddhism aspects were a cause of people’s satisfaction level to the activity periods setting. The difference of gender was a cause of people’s satisfaction level to the activity operation of the Sub-District Public Training Unit.
