Abstract: อาคารขายรถมือสองเป็นอาคารที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อครอบคลุมรถยนต์จำนวนมาก มีพัฒนาการทางโครงสร้างและรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย อย่างไรก็ตาม ในปัจจุบันโครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้างจัดเป็นรูปแบบโครงสร้างชนิดหนึ่งที่ผู้ประกอบการนิยมใช้มากที่สุด อีกทั้งยังมีรายละเอียดทางกายภาพที่แตกต่างกันออกไปมากมาย ได้แก่ ประเภทและชนิดของโครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้าง ระยะช่วงพาด ระยะความสูง ขนาดพื้นที่จอดรถ จำนวนรถในพื้นที่จอดรถ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะทำการศึกษารูปแบบโครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้างของอาคารขายรถมือสองในกรุงเทพมหานคร และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับอาคารขายรถมือสอง เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ในการเลือกใช้หรือออกแบบโครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้างสำหรับอาคารขายรถมือสอง จากการศึกษาพบว่ามี 5 ย่านหลักในกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีอาคารขายรถมือสองหนาแน่นที่สุด ได้แก่ (1) ย่านพุทธมณฑลสาย 1 (2) ย่านรัชดาภิเษก (3) ย่านเกษตรนวมินทร์-รามอินทรา (4) ย่านพัฒนาการ (5) ย่านโชคชัยสี่ พบว่ามีการก่อสร้างด้วยโครงสร้างเหล็ก 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ (1) โครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้าง (Wide-span steel structure) (2) เต๊นท์ผ้าใบโครงเหล็ก (Tent) (3) โครงสร้างเคเบิ้ลระบบเสาช่วงเดี่ยว (Cable-stayed system) (4) โครงสร้างผ้าใบรับแรงตึงสูง (Membrane fabric) จากโครงสร้างเหล็กที่พบในอาคารขายรถมือสองทั้งหมด โครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้างเป็นโครงสร้างที่นิยมใช้สำหรับอาคารขายรถมือสองมากที่สุด จำนวน 63 หน่วยโดยสามารถประมวลสรุปรายละเอียดได้ ดังนี้ โครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้างที่พบมากที่สุด คือ โครงสร้างเหล็กช่วงกว้าง ประเภทโครงถักตารางรูบสี่เหลี่ยม ชนิดโครงถักรูปแบน จำนวน 25 หน่วย ช่วงพาดที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ช่วงพาดระยะ 10 เมตร ความสูงที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ความสูงระยะ 6 เมตร ขนาดพื้นที่จอดรถที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ขนาดพื้นที่จอดรถในช่วง 301-400 ตารางเมตร และจำนวนรถในพื้นที่จอดรถพบมากที่สุด คือ จำนวนรถในช่วง 21-30 คัน ส่วนปัญหาที่เจ้าของอาคารขายรถมือสองคำนึงถึง มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 10 ปัญหา ถือเป็นปัญหาที่ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับโครงสร้างโดยตรง โน้ต Typescript (photocopy)

Abstract: Used Car Center structure is a building structure specifically designed to provide spacious parking lots. Foe years, numerous types and designs of steel structure have been development and built in used car center. In all, the wide-span steel structure is the most widely used steel structure. It possesses various physical details: types, spans, heights, parking spaces, availability for cars. The objectives of this research are to study the types of the wide-span steel structure for used car center in Bangkok. And to acknowledge the problems in the application of the wide-span steel structure as well as consolidate solid information used as basic background in selecting the most suitable wide-span steel structure type for used car center. From the study, there are 5 Bangkok areas where used-car mostly congested: (1) Ratchadapisek (2) Chokecchai 4 (3) Kaset Navamin-Ramindra (4) PuttamonthonSai1 (5) Pattanakarn. There are mainly 4 types of wide-span steel structure widely employed in the studied areas: (1) wide-span steel structure (2) Tent (3) Cable-stayed system (4) Membrane fabric. Based on the accumulated data and close observations, it can be summarized that in 5 studied Bangkok areas, the wide-span steel structure is most widely applied in 63 studied used car center samples. It is as well observed that (1) 25 samples use Flat truss wide-span steel structure (2) The span of steel structure is mostly 10 meters in length (3) The height of wide-span steel structure is mostly 6 meters. (4) The space under wide-span steel structure is mostly 301-400 square meters, which is available for 21-30 cars. There also found 10 problems that used car center entrepreneurs must be well aware of. However, the problems are not directly related to the building structure
