Abstract:
In IPO company is the business to trading and sourcing part to supply to customer both local and oversea to compare both quality and price, this point of thesis is focus to the Automotive product (Car Audio cover or Escutcheon) that have the customer complain about scratch and stain, due to this problem is resulting customer production line cannot run smoothly and its the responsibility to support the replacement to production In each replacement, we cannot know in advance the exactly quantity of NG coming in next lot so if the replacement was prepared in over quantity, the cost of keeping and shipment will be over. On the other hands, if the replacement was order less than NG happen will be provide production line part short problem later Refer to customer complain for this had 3.4% before improvement and after improvement via concentrate the root cause of environment, the problem reduce to be 1.1% in 6 months continually The way to solve this problem is investigation the root cause since the factory via this thesis will be focus only factory in Local in order to having data enough for analysis After considering from customer complain the most 2 items is scratch and strain problem Thus these 2 items will be main in this thesis, but not only root cause and its solution because the distribution company also needed the system to guarantee the quality and its control to consistency in other lot. The criteria to evaluate are the important point to be applied with QA network for continually improvement in this way.
