Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานบริษัท คอมพาร์ท พรีซิชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด 2) ระดับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส ของพนักงานบริษัท คอมพาร์ท พรีซิชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด 3) ระดับของการเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัท คอมพาร์ท พรีซิชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด 4) เปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส ของพนักงานบริษัท คอมพาร์ท พรีซิชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 5) เปรียบเทียบระดับการเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัท คอมพาร์ท พรีซิชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ พนักงานบริษัท คอมพาร์ท พรีซิชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จำนวน 1,656 คน โดยคำนวณจากสูตรทาโรยามาเน่ ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 323 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการหาค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของแอลเอสดี ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 34 - 48 ปี สถานภาพโสด ระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/อนุปริญญา อายุการทำงาน 1 - 4 ปี และสังกัดแผนกฝ่ายผลิต มีระดับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.36, S.D. = 0.54) มีระดับการเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.26, S.D. = 0.58) ผลของการเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส พบว่า พนักงานที่มีเพศ สถานภาพการสมรส อายุการทำงาน และสังกัดแผนกต่างกัน มีระดับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนพนักงานที่มีอายุและระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีระดับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 และผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับการเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัย พบว่า พนักงานที่มีเพศ สถานภาพการสมรส และอายุการทำงานต่างกัน มีระดับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม 5ส ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนพนักงานที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และสังกัดแผนกต่างกัน มีระดับการเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

Abstract: This research were to study: 1) Personal factors of employees at Compart Precision (Thailand) company limited 2) Level of 5s activity performance of employees at Compart Precision (Thailand) company limited 3) Level of work safety promotion of employees at Compart Precision (Thailand) company limited 4) Comparison on 5s activity performance levels of employees at Compart Precision (Thailand) company limited according to personal factors and 5) Comparison on work safety promotion of employees at Compart Precision (Thailand) company limited according to personal factors. Populations used in this research were employees at Compart Precision (Thailand) Company Limited total 1,656 people calculated by implementing formula of Taro Yamane and using multi-stage sampling consisted of 323 samples. Tool used in this research was questionnaire. Statistics used in this research were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was tested by finding one way ANOVA and Post Hoc by using LSD method. The results showed that most employees were female with the age between 34 - 48 years, single, and graduation in high school/diploma. Their service years ranged from 1 - 4 years in the Production Department. Their total 5s activity performance level was moderate ( = 3.36, S.D. = 0.54) and their work safety promotion was also moderate ( = 3.26, S.D. = 0.58). The results of comparison on 5s activity performance level showed that employees with different gender, marital status, years of working experiences, and departments had no difference on 5s activity performance level while employees with different age, and educational level had different 5s activity performance level with statistical significance at 0.05. The results of comparison on work safety promotion level showed that employees with different gender, marital status, and years of working experiences had no difference on 5s activity performance level while employees with different age, educational level, and department had different work safety promotion level with statistical significance at 0.05.
