Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักฝึกอบรมในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการฝึกอบรมในภาคอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบเทคนิคเดลฟาย ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักฝึกอบรมในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ จำแนกเป็น 3 ด้าน พบว่า สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ในด้านที่ 1 ก่อนการฝึกอบรม ในเรื่อง 1) การหาความจำเป็นในการอบรมนั้น สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีความรู้ในการสำรวจความต้องการของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมให้ตรงกับความต้องการ 2) การจัดทำหลักสูตร สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีความรู้ในการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรที่ฝึกอบรม 3) การเตรียมการด้านการฝึกอบรม สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีทักษะในการจัดเตรียมสถานที่ 4) การจัดทำเอกสารประกอบฝึกอบรม สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีความรู้ในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเนื้อหาให้ตรงกับวัตถุประสงค์ในการอบรม ด้านที่ 2 ขณะฝึกอบรม 1) การดำเนินการฝึกอบรม สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีทักษะในการบริหารการอบรมให้ดำเนินไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ 2) การเป็นผู้บรรยาย สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือมีทักษะในการบริหารเวลาในการฝึกอบรมได้และมีความรู้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ในหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ด้านที่ 3 หลังการฝึกอบรม 1) การประเมินและติดตามผลการฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุดคือ มีความรู้ในการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการประเมิน

Abstract: This study aimed to study the desired capability of trainer in automobile industry by using Delphi Technique. Our samples are 30 expert trainers in automobile industry. Tool for this research was a questionnaire of Delphi Technique. The result of the desired capability of trainer in automobile industry comprises of 3 areas. We’ve found that the desired capabilities for the area of prior to the training are: 1) finding the necessity of such training; in this aspect, the most desired capability is knowledge about surveying the trainee’s need so they can prepare a course of training that best suite such need. 2) Creating the training course; in this aspect, the most desire capability is knowledge for setting the objective of the training course. 3) Preparing of the training, in this aspect, the most desired capability is ability to prepare the training facility. 4) Creating document for the training, in this aspect, the most desired capability knowledge for preparing relevant content to the training’s objective. We’ve found that the desired capabilities for the area of during the training are: 1) managing the training, in this aspect, the most desired capability is ability to manage the training, in according with the specified objective. 2) Ability as a speaker, in this aspect, the most desired capability is ability to manage time of the training and knowledge in the underlying field of the training course’s objective. We’ve found that the sired capability for the area of after the training is: 1) Evaluation and following up after the training, in this aspect, the most desired capability is knowledge for setting the evaluation’s objective.
