Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of positive attitude to
organization and working efficiency 2) to compare the working efficiency according to
personal factors. 3) to study the relationship between to positive attitude to organization and
working efficiency. The sample used in the study were 309 management officers of
The crown property bureau. Data was collected by questionnaire. The statistics used for data
analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Indepentdent Sample t- test,
One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) , and Pearsons Product Moment Correlation
Coefficient. The results were concluded that 1) The management officers had high level of
positive attitude and high level of working efficiency. 2) The management officers with different
sex didnt have difference working efficiency at statistical significance level. 3) The management
officers with different degree havent difference working efficiency at statistical significance
level. 4) The management officers with different experience had different working efficiency
at statistical significance level of .05 5) There was a positive relationship between positive
attitude to organization and working efficiency at statistical significance level of .01 and Positive
attitude in knowledge, passion and personal behavior had positive relationship with working
efficiency at statistical significance level of .01.
