Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study and compare the operation of internal quality assurance of schools under the office of Roi Et primary educational service area 2. The table of Krejcie and Morgan was used to determine the sample size which consisted of 181 administrators and 346 teachers. Data were collected using a 5-rating scale questionnaire, open-end questionnaire of .98 reliability, and semi-structure questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test. The results showed that;
1. The operation of internal quality assurance of schools under the office of Roi Et primary educational service area 2 as a whole were at a high level.
2. The comparison of the operation of internal quality assurance of schools under the office of Roi Et primary educational service area 2 by position were statistically significant difference at .05 level.
The comparison of the operation of internal quality assurance of schools under the office of Roi Et primary educational service area 2 by work experience were statistically significant difference at .05 level.
The comparison of the operation of internal quality assurance of schools under the office of Roi Et primary educational service area 2 by size of school were statistically significant difference at .05 level.
3. Guidelines to developed the operation of internal quality assurance of schools under the office of Roi Et primary educational service area 2 ; Stakeholders should be work towards the benefits to students with a critical awareness and appreciation of the work system, should be set the goals, activities and projects that use the self-assessment intended to solve a problem or develop the students of the academy itself.
