Abstract: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Creative Research) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์ละครเวทีประเภทละครเพลง (Musical) สำหรับเยาวชน อายุ 13-24 ปี โดยการผสมผสานของวรรณกรรมเด็กเรื่อง “ลูกเป็ดขี้เหร่” ของ ฮันส์ คริสเตียน แอนเดอร์เซน และหลักธรรมทางพุทธศาสนา โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญในการสื่อสารเรื่อง “คุณค่าชีวิตและความงาม” กับ “ปรากฎการณ์ศัลยกรรมนิยมในกลุ่มวัยรุ่น” เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้ชมต่อการศัลยกรรม คุณค่าชีวิตและความงาม จากการแสดงทั้ง 3 รอบ โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ เสวนา และแบบสอบถามจากผู้ชมจำนวน 239 ชุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ละครเวทีเพื่อเยาวชนเรื่อง “ลูกเป็ดขี้เหร่” นั้นประกอบด้วย กระบวนการ 3 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นเตรียมการแสดง (Pre-Production), ขั้นจัดการแสดง (Production) และในขั้นตอนสุดท้ายคือ ขั้นหลังการแสดง (Post Production) เป็นการประเมินผลการแสดง ซึ่งผู้ชมมีทัศนคติต่อองค์ประกอบการแสดงอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี องค์ประกอบที่ได้รับความชื่นชอบและมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด 3 อันดับ คือ แก่นเรื่อง และลีลาการเต้นรำ ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากันคือ 4.2 รองลงมาคือ นักแสดง และ บทเพลง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.1 และ 4.0 ตามลำดับ) จากการเสวนาและสัมภาษณ์พบว่า ละครมีความเหมาะสมต่อกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นวัยรุ่น ผู้ชมแสดงระดับความคิดเห็นต่อประเด็นสาระที่นำเสนอในละครเวทีอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก และมากที่สุด 3 อันดับคือ ละครมีการนำเสนอเนื้อหาให้เข้าใจได้ง่าย มีความทันต่อยุคสมัยปัจจุบัน และให้ข้อคิดเรื่องการศัลยกรรม (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.3, 4.3 และ 4.2 ตามลำดับ) ผู้ชมกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักในช่วงอายุน้อยกว่า 13-18 ปี มีค่าเฉลี่ยความชื่นชอบทุกองค์ประกอบในละครเวทีเรื่อง”ลูกเป็ดขี้เหร่”อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และมีความชื่นชอบองค์ประกอบด้านลีลาการเต้นรำมากเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.5) เช่นเดียวกับกลุ่ม เป้าหมายรองคือช่วงอายุ 19-22 ปี (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.1) 2. การสื่อความหมายเกี่ยวกับความงามและคุณค่าชีวิตในละครเพลงเรื่อง “ลูกเป็ดขี้เหร่” ได้สร้างข้อคิดและทัศนคติด้านการศัลยกรรมของผู้ชมและความพึงพอใจในรูปร่างหน้าตาตนเอง โดยผู้ชมการแสดงทั้ง 3 รอบมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยที่สูงขึ้นเมื่อได้ชมละครเวทีเรื่องนี้ (ค่าเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังชมการแสดง 7.5 และ 8.3) มีทัศนะร่วมกันมากที่สุด 3 อันดับ คือ เราทุกคนต่างมีสิ่งดีๆในตัวและต้องค้นหาความสามารถของตนเอง คนเราควรหาสิ่งที่เหมาะกับตนเองมากกว่าทำตามคนอื่น และศัลยกรรมเป็นเหมือนเหรียญสองด้าน มีด้านที่ดีและที่ผิดพลาด (ร้อยละ 99.6, 99.2 และ 97.1 ตามลำดับ) จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ชมและนักแสดง ทำให้พบว่าละครเรื่องนี้เป็นละครเพื่อเยาวชนที่เป็นได้ทั้งละครแบบ TIE (Theatre-in-Education) คือผู้ชมได้เรียนรู้ประเด็นที่ต้องการสื่อสารผ่านการชมละคร และเป็นละครแบบ DIE (Drama- in-Education) คือผู้แสดงได้เรียนรู้ประเด็นที่ต้องการสื่อสารผ่านกระบวนการทำละครเวที

Abstract: This research is the creative research integrating of creation process of “ ugly duckling” the musical play for 13-24 years old teenagers based on the famous children novel of Hans Christian Andersen and Buddhist method in order to emphasis the value of life and give the public notice about fashion plastic surgery among Thai teenagers. As a result, there are 239 respondents for the questionnaire. Results of the research found that 1. The innovation of the ugly duckling play is composed of pre-production and the production and ultimately, the post production is the evaluation of audiences’ attitudes about this play which indicated that the audiences have good attitudes towards the components of the performance which the first three satisfaction being 1) the theme and dancing movement shared the equal average score of 4.2. 2) The actors 3) the songs with the average score of 4.1, 4.0 in respective order. As stated in the post-performance discussion and the interviewing, it found that the audiences give the perception of the ideas stated in the play is good and the first three ideas that have the highest average scores are 1) the play is understandable 2) the story is up to date and 3) the play gives the awareness of plastic surgery, with the average score of 4.3, 4.3, 4.2 respectively. Target audiences, under 13-18 years old show the positive attitude toward every element in the play and also shared the most favorite component of the play with the audience during age 19-22, which is the dancing movement with the average score of 4.5 and 4.1 respectively. 2. The ugly duckling play has an influence on the awareness attitude of the audiences toward plastic surgery and self-confident. These can be evaluated by the higher of self-satisfaction average scores after watching the play which before and after average score is 7.5 and 8.3 in respective order. The audiences agree with the perspective of 1) everyone has and must find their own specialty 2) we should find what is right for us not following the fashion 3) plastic surgery has both pros and cons with the average score of 99.6, 99.2 and 97.1 percentage successively. According to the interviewing, the musical play “Ugly Duckling” can be the TIE (Theatre-in-Education play) that the audiences can learn through the watching of the play and can also be the DIE (Drama- in-Education play) that the actors can learn by doing the play.
