Abstract:
This research aims to study the problem and obstacle that affect to increase efficacy of the personnel performance of Chun municipality, Chun district, Phayao province and to find out the approach to increase efficiency of the personnel performance of municipal district, Chun sub-district, Chun district, Phayao province. The sample population of the study is 30 personnel. Data analysis in this research is qualitative analysis. The research results showed that the approach to increase efficiency of the personnel performance in municipal district, Chun subdistrict. The ability to plan should encourage the personnel to receive the training about the preparation of the plan. It should have the practicing about the critical thinking to improve the working method. To encourage all sections participate in the preparation of the annual plan. It should have the conference or the public hearing about the participatory exchange of views for all sections. The ability to perform should have the personnel development training for awareness in the performance, morale and teamwork. The worthily resource utilization should have the resource plan about the resource usage seriously, continuously, and monitoring the use of materials. To find out the way to recycle materials, It is information technology using to control the disbursement system of resource and to encourage the use of recycled materials in the office. The ability to serve should encourage the moral and ethics for personnel. The main purpose of working is the public service which focuses on accurate, convenient and fast service. By slogan is Public Servant is Servant of the People.
