Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามทัศนะครูผู้สอนอำเภอแว้ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามทัศนะครูผู้สอนอำเภอแว้ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 จำแนกตามตัวแปรที่ศึกษาประกอบด้วย ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา (3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามทัศนะครูผู้สอนอำเภอแว้ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนสถานศึกษาในอำเภอแว้ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 171 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป และสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F – test) เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันจึงทดสอบโดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s Method) ผลการค้นคว้าอิสระ พบว่า 1. ระดับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามทัศนะครูผู้สอนในอำเภอแว้ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามทัศนะของครูผู้สอนอำเภอแว้ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 จำแนกตามตัวแปรประที่ศึกษาประกอบด้วยสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผลการประมวลข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในตามทัศนะของครูผู้สอนอำเภอแว้ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนบุคลากรทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำมาตรฐานการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารควรจัดโครงสร้างการบริหารงานที่เอื้อต่อการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายใน ผู้บริหารควรมีนโยบายและแผนงานให้ชัดเจนในทุกขั้นตอน และควรมีการกำหนดกรอบและใช้งบประมาณอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้บริหารควรมีการกำกับและติดตามการดำเนินงาน/โครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผู้บริหารควรมีการกำหนดขอบข่ายการตรวจสอบและทบทวนคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างชัดเจน ผู้บริหารควรนำผลการวัดและประเมินผลระดับโรงเรียน และระดับชาติมาใช้ในการวางแผนพัฒนาผู้เรียน ผู้บริหารควรจัดทำรายงานคุณภาพการศึกษาให้กับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบอย่างทั่วถึง และผู้บริหารควรมีการวางแผนการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง This independent study was aimed; 1) to study the level of the roles of school administrators ensuring the quality of education as perceived by teachers in Waeng district, Office of Elementary Education Narathiwat Area 2 2) to compare the roles of school administrators ensuring the quality of education as perceived by teachers in Waeng district, Office of Elementary Education Narathiwat Area 2 distinguished by variables investigated including work experience and school size (3) to compile feedbacks about the of the roles of school administrators ensuring the quality of education as perceived by teachers in Waeng district, Office of Elementary Education Narathiwat Area 2 The sample used in this Independent study was 171 school teachers in Waeng district, Office of Elementary Education Narathiwat Area 2. The data were analyzed using a computer program. The statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviations. F – test was used by using Scheffe's Method in case they were different. Study results showed that 1. The overall level of the roles of school administrators ensuring the quality of education as perceived by teachers in Waeng district under Office of Elementary Education Narathiwat Area 2 was at a high level. 2. In comparing the roles of school administrators ensuring the quality of education as perceived by teachers in Waeng district under Office of Elementary Education Narathiwat Area 2 distinguished by variables investigated including work experience and school size, the overall result showed no difference. By processing suggestions about the roles of school administrators ensuring the quality of education as perceived by teachers in Waeng district under Office of Elementary Education Narathiwat Area 2 showed that the school administrators should encourage and support all staffs to get involved in the preparation of educational standards. the administrators should create a management structure that facilitates the implementation of internal quality assurance, the school administrators should have a clear policy and planning at every stage and there should be a framework, the school administrators should follow up and monitor the implementation or project-based action plans continuously annually, the school administrators should clearly set frameworks for monitoring and reviewing the quality of education, the school administrators should bring the results of educational evaluation of both from within the school and from the national evaluation level in order to use for learner developing plans, the school administrators should prepare a thoroughly report on the quality of education to those who are involved with the school affairs, and the school administrators should set a plan for educational quality improvement continuously.
