Abstract:
The independent study was conducted to examine the personal factors and the application behavior that had effects on the assessment of the application quality of the School Management Support System (SMSS). The sample used in the study comprised 297 teachers and personnel of the schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 who engaged in the School Management Support System (SMSS). The data were analyzed using Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-test and One-Way ANOVA.
The results of the study revealed that the personal factors on gender, age, level of education and positions had statistically significant effects on the assessment of the application quality of the School Management Support System (SMSS). Regarding the testing results of the application behavior that had effects on the assessment of the application quality of the School Management Support System (SMSS), it was found that the application experience with the system and the application frequency of the system per month had statistically significant effects on the assessment of the application quality of the School Management Support System (SMSS).
The findings indicated that the system developers could use the study results to improve the efficiency of the system in order to achieve the mission of the schools, and the schools should support the personnel for more application of the system in order that they would realize of the importance, would know and understand of advantages and convenience of applying the system which would lead to the efficient system application and could better respond to the goals of the schools.
