Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1. เพื่อค้นหาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการนา แนวคิด หลักธรรมาภิบาลมาประยุกต์ใช้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 2. เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลัก ธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการศึกษาจาก เอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกและการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยแห่งความสา เร็จในการนา หลักธรรมาภิบาลไปประยุกต์ใช้องค์การบริหารส่วน จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ได้แก่ ผู้นา การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ การมีส่วนร่วมภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ และบุคลากร 2. รูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี เป็นรูปแบบที่ผู้นา เน้นการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธ์ิ โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกลุ่มคนต่าง ๆ และการให้ความสา คัญกับกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม

Abstract: This research aims 1. to search factors affecting application of good governance in an efficient manner, and 2. to study the patterns of the application of good governance for administration of Prachinburi Provincial Administrative Organization, by using qualitative research based upon documentary study, in-depth interview, and group interview. The results reveals that: 1. Factors of achievement in application of good governance for administration of Prachinburi Provincial Administrative Organization are as follows: leaders, supports from different agencies, participation of different sector, and officials. 2. The patterns of the application of good governance for administration of Prachinburi Provincial Administrative Organization was the application of the good governance, which the leaders concentrated on result-based management, as supported by various groups of persons, and focused on participative processes.
