Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to 1) develop 5S processes lesson plans by using constructionism theory for mathayomsuksa 1 students in computer 2 subject, 2) compare the students achievement between pre and post learning by using 5S constructionism theory in computer 2 subject for mathayomsuksa 1 students 3) compare the students achievement between experimental group and controlled group, and 4) evaluate technology operational skill in computer 2 subject for matthayomsuksa 1 students.
The samples were students of Dipangkornwittayapat (Mattayom Wat Hattasarn kaset) under His Royal Highness patronage, academic year 2/2557, selected by cluster random sampling. Them controlled group was 1 classroom/ 40 students and the experimental group was 1 classroom/40 students. The research instruments consisted of 1) the developed 5S processes lesson plans for Computer 2 subject for Mathayomsuksa 1 students 2) the pre-test and post-test for mathayomsuksa 1 students, and 3) evaluation form on computer technology operational skill in computer 2 subject for mathayomsuksa 1 students.
The findings indicated that 1) the lesson plans were overall appropriate, 2) the students post-test achievement of the controlled group was higher than the students' pre-test achievement with the statistically significant difference at the level of .01, 3) the students post-test achievement of the experimental group was higher than those in the controlled group with the statistically significant difference at the level of .01, and 4) the overall operational skill on computer technology was in the very high level.
