Abstract:
The independent study was carried out 1) to investigate the application behavior on electronic document system, 2) to examine the operation quality of electronic document system, and 3) to have the guidelines for developing the electronic document system of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The data were collected from 260 employees of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan through the use of questionnaire, and were analyzed applying Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-test and One-Way ANOVA.
The results of the study demonstrated that the majority of the respondents were female, aged 31-40 years old, graduated with Bachelors degree, had 3-5 years of work experience, and were supporting employees of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan in Nakhon Ratchasima. Regarding the application behavior on electronic document system, it was found that most respondents used electronic document system 1-2 times per day, spent less than 1 hour per day, had more than 7 months of operation experience of electronic document system, had been provided with training on operating electronic document system by the specialists, the system had the transmission missive registration function, and the assessment of the overall operation quality of electronic document system was at a high level.
The results of hypothesis testing showed that different demographic characteristics did not make differences in the operation quality of electronic document system, however, different application behavior on electronic document system caused differences in the operation quality of electronic document system.
