Abstract:
This research aimed to study opinions of teachers on school-based management of schools in Koh Chan district, Chonburi province. Population included 62 teachers who were teaching in the schools in Koh Chan district, Chonburi province. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Statistics used to analyze data composed of Alpha Coefficient, percentage, Arithmetic mean, and Standard Deviation.
The research result revealed that the teachers opinions on the school-based management of the schools in Koh chan district in overall and each aspect were at high level, as follows: a structure of a school aspect, an academic management aspect, a general administration aspect, a budget management aspect, and personnel management aspect, respectively.
