Impacted Factors toward Virtue and Ethics of Students at Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus.
Abstract:
Research topic, "Impacted factors toward virtue and ethics of students at department of information systems, faculty of management technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin campus", aims to study and compare the factor influencing the morality and ethics of the students in Department of Information Systems. Using questionnaire was calibrated according to the content as a tool for study. Samples are undergraduate students in Faculty of Management Technology, 225 peoples. Statistics in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test at the significance level 0.05. The results showed that the majority were female. Undergraduate studies in course transfer. Under 20 years. And family status are father and mother live together. The foster care provider is a parent. The careers are farmers. Education levels are lower secondary level. Average monthly income of the family was 5,000-15,000 baht. Average amount that students receive each week was 500-1,000 baht. The activities of the students are most often watch television. In foundation of moral, students will focus on the most diligent. Groups to focus on the factors that influence the moral and ethics, were at moderate level. When considering each side, found that it was featured in the medium level. It Include the student's external aspect. For example, teaching methods of teacher individual, activities for promoting moral and ethics, etc. In the social environmental aspect such as the weakness in access to religious, conflict in social systems, and behavioral imitation, etc. And, the family conditions aspect, such as good mentor and exemplary practices of their parents, etc. And, it was featured in the low level in aspect the inside of the student. Such as an emotional person, weak minds and emotional instability, etc. Samples with gender, age and the family status that was different. They are featured the factors that influence the morality and ethics as overview and each aspect that was different. The results indicated to guidelines the conduct of students, teacher and parents in the development of morality and ethics. And, the future studies should be conducted in other samples to expand the study or studies on similar samples to compare the studies result.
