Abstract:
This Research aims to 1) study the quality of life in working of police officers of Immigration Division 6; 2) compare the quality of life in working of police officers of Immigration Division 6 as classified under personal factors; and 3) render recommendations in improving the quality of life in working of police officers of Immigration Division 6. The sample groups used in this Research was 218 police officers of Immigration Division 6. The tools used in data collection were sets of questionnaire. the basic statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The testing statistics were t-test and One Way ANOVA by using Scheffe Method.
According to the results of this Research, overall quality of life in working of police officers of Immigration Division 6 was in a high level. Upon consideration on an aspect basis, social benefits and responsibilities and health and safety on working were in the very high level. Upon consideration of private right in the workplace, social value or joint working, security and career path, balance between work and private life, development of the officers capacities, and sufficient and fair remuneration, were in the high level. According to comparison of quality of life in working of police officers, different gender, age, working age, education, status, income, expenditure, and rank, have different quality of life in working at the statistical significance at the level of 0.05. The guidelines for improving the quality of life in working of police officers of Immigration Division 6 are to support the education and develop the personnel, to work in an integrated manner, improve working environment, determine the evaluating consideration standards, and hold workshops.
