Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to: 1) compare the effects of collaborative learning using web 2.0 - based performance support system and using web 2.0 for support pre-service teaching on creative problem solving and 2) study satisfaction of web 2.0 based performance support system. The subjects for this research were 30 Bachelor degree students majoring in Technology for Education and Computer for Education, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, who enrolled in 2716400 Teaching Professional Experiences and Practicum in Teaching Profession, first semester, year 2011. There were 15 students in experimental group collaborative learning using Web 2.0 - based Performance Support System and other 15 students in controlled group using web 2.0 for pre-service teacher. The research instruments were the creative problem solving work evaluation test and the satisfaction with Web 2.0 - based Performance Support System questionnaires. The data were analyzed by means of arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results of the research showed that:1) the creative problem solving work evaluation test scores of students that collaborative learning using Web 2.0 based Performance Support System were statistically significantly higher than the students using web 2.0 for support pre-service teaching at .05 level 2) the satisfactions of students toward Web 2.0 based Performance Support System were at high level.
