Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันในการบริหารงานสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้าแผนกวิชา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้าแผนกวิชา ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ตามโครงสร้างการบริหารสถานศึกษา พ.ศ. 2552 จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่งการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 336 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้าแผนกวิชา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรา ส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 76 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานการวิจัยโดยใช้ค่าที (t - test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ตามโครงสร้างการบริหารสถานศึกษา พ.ศ. 2552 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับ พบว่า ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากร มีระดับการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนากิจการนักเรียนนักศึกษา ด้านการแผนงานและความร่วมมือและด้านวิชาการตามลำดับ มีการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก การเปรียบเทียบความความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ตามโครงสร้างการบริหารสถานศึกษา พ.ศ. 2552 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และหัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้าแผนกวิชาพบว่าโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to 1) explore present conditions of administrative conditions of education institutions under Office of Vocational Education Commission in Nakorn Sri Thammarat Province following opinions of administrators, supervisors or heads of each subject department and 2) compare the opinions of administrators, supervisors or heads of each subject department in the educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Nakorn Sri Thammarat Province, regarding to Structure of Educational Institutions B.E. 2552, divided by sex, age, education and operational position. The samples were 336 respondents including the administrators, the supervisors or the heads of each subject department. The research tool used for data collection was 5-point rating scales questionnaire with 76 items. Besides, some statistics were applied for data analysis such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation whereas t-test was conducted for hypothesis testing. The result found that nowadays the overall administration of the education institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Nakorn Sri Thammarat Province, following Structure of Educational Institutions B.E. 2552 was at high level. In addition, when considering each aspect, it indicated that resource management was at the highest level, followed by student personnel administration, planning and cooperation as well as academic administration, respectively. The overall performance was at high level. However, according to the comparison of the opinions of the administrators, the supervisors or the heads of each subject department towards the administrative conditions of the education institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Nakorn Sri Thammarat Province, following Structure of Educational Institutions B.E. 2552, there was no difference between all aspects.
