Abstract:
This research is a survey research conducted by using questionnaires in the 57 creative tourism communities/sites (570 samplings) where implement the creative tourism. The field research is performed in 4 communities as case studies. The objectives are: 1) characteristics as components of the creative tourism communities according to the definition of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports. (2013); 2) to analyze the learning situation of communities where perform creative tourism; 3) to present the community learning guidelines for developing creative tourism. The research results were: 1) characteristics as the creative tourism communities consisted of 3 components: first component, there were 25 sustainablities which were resources, culture and natural resources; second components were learning and participation in arts, culture, ways of life, wisdom, characteristics/identity which were 5 local uniqueness among tourists and hosts; and third components were 4 ties between tourists and hosts. 2) the learning situation of communities where perform creative tourism was found that knowledge of these communities/sites were needed to know in 2 major categories: unique local knowledge and specialized knowledge. The methods of learning the unique local knowledge were the cooperation of community members in searching for local history, art, culture, traditions and wisdoms; then record and data saving, learning from local activities in working together in order to learn together. The major learnt local knowledge were such as the local learners, wisdom instructors, families, educational institutes, and community learning center. Knowledge contents in special tourism: learning methods which were training, conference, seminar and study trip. There were all real practiced by the supported learning units both direct and indirect. 3) Guideline of the community learning support for developing the creative tourism could be concluded as follow: the implementation of communities/sites tourism were set up the systematic tourist committee/working team by the local communities, co-planning, income providing, team-working, duty responsibilities, all working in systems, often regular meeting. The personnel promotion in the sites: the personnel must have local knowledge and special wisdom. The local leaders in group members/committees in getting knowledge from scholars, officials which supported learning, activities, co-working for exchanging the knowledge altogether. These activities needed to be supported form government a consultants, experts in providing knowledge to communities; having guidelines personnel development in Province Implement Plan. The local administration should be the main offices to cooperate as advised the knowledge in tourism, be the local significant role strengthened touring communities success; ability to transfer knowledge and guidelines to others sites; evaluation from tourists and participants in order to be improved by the local tourist committee.
