Amphoe Muang and Amphoe Na-Yong in Trang, as well as Amphoe Muang, Amphoe HatYai, and Amphoe Sadao in Songkhla. The results of this study reveal the rescuers are from the government sector, private sector, and public agencies. The victims play the Sender and Receiver Role depending on the situation. The messages sent were for seeking help and support, disaster information, cheerful messages and victim s geographical location. The channels used were common media: news media, telephone calls, and printed media. This research also identified five important factors: 1) Unity Factor 2) Information Technology Factor 3) Social Factor 4) Geological Factor and 5) Work Process of the Rescuer. The last important finding shows that disaster communication is required to select the appropriate leader as well as to prepare the channels of communication, sufficient communication channels to support the aid, and support for the victims of a flood disaster.
