Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study the factor affected to the efficiency of public employees performance of Klongchanuan Administrative Organization in order
1) to study the efficiency of staff performance 2) to compare the efficiency of staff performance of Klongchanuan Administration Organization categorized by personal background age education position and duration of work 3) to the study relationship of internal and external factors with the efficiency of staff performance 4) to give the guidelines for development the work efficiency
The result illustrated that 1) The highest average is punctual performance using economical material , service mind , absolute performance, respectively. 2) There is no different between personal background efficiency performance 3) There is relationship between internal & external factors with efficiency performance. 4) Suggestion, pruned the employees evolution significance, prepare the work manual, increase salary and benefit.
