Abstract:
The purpose of the independent study was to study the service quality of e-Market place service via an electronic auction: a case study of Intelligent Solution & Service Co., Ltd. The samples consisted of 300 participants including operators, procurement officer/treasury and employees of private organization who used e-Market Place service via an electronic auction. Statistical analysis used Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference (LSD).
The result found that most of organizations used e-Market Place service via an electronic auction is the subdistrict administrative organization (SAO) which use open bid auction for construction bidding with 2,000,001-10,000,000 baht of the budget. The participants had service perceptions higher than their expectation in tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.
The hypothesis testing results found that the service users have a different level of education commented to the service quality of e-Market place via an electronic auction in tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were significant difference (p<0.05).
