Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to 1) develop organizing participatory training processes on the ability in value adding of local products of community entrepreneur. 2) study effects of organizing participatory training processes on the ability in value adding of local products of community entrepreneur. 3) study participants satisfaction with the organizing participatory training processes on the ability in value adding of local products of community entrepreneur. The research methodology was experimental research. The research samples were 30 community entrepreneur in Na gooseberry District, Nongbua Lamphu Province. Activities were organized for 6 days, totally 50 hours. Plans the research instruments organizing participatory training, the knowledge test, the skill test, the attitude test and the evaluation form. The data were analyzed by using means (mean), standard deviation (S.D.) and dependent-samples (t-test) at .05 level of significance. The results were as follow: 1. The processes of developing organizing participatory training processes on the ability in value adding of local products of community entrepreneur were; 1) Experience, 2) Reflection and Discussion, 3) Conceptualization, 4) Application and Group Process. As a result, the community entrepreneur has the ability to add value to local products. 2. After the experiment, The experimental group had the mean scores in knowledge, skill and attitude in value add of local products after the experiment higher than the mean scores before the experiment at .05 level of significance. 3. After participating the developing training processes, the experiment group reported their satisfied towards the training processes at the high level (mean = 4.34).
