Abstract: การพัฒนาหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่องการใช้โปรแกรมวาดภาพในไมโครซอฟท์วินโดว์สเจ็ด สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี สาระที่ 3 เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการใช้โปรแกรมวาดภาพในไมโครซอฟท์วินโดว์สเจ็ด สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังการใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการใช้โปรแกรมวาดภาพในไมโครซอฟท์วินโดว์สเจ็ด สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3/1 โรงเรียนเทศบาลมิตรสัมพันธ์วิทยา อำเภอวังน้ำเย็น จังหวัดสระแก้ว จำนวน 31 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการศึกษา คือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 6 แผน 2) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การใช้โปรแกรมวาดภาพในไมโครซอฟท์วินโดว์สเจ็ด สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 สาระที่ 3เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน จำนวน 2 ชุด ชุดละ 30 คะแนน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการศึกษาพบว่า หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง การใช้โปรแกรมวาดภาพในไมโครซอฟท์วินโดว์สเจ็ด สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 87.82/90.97 นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The development of electronic books on the topic of using painting program in Microsoft Windows 7 for grade 3 students in the learning area of occupation and technology, Strand 3: Information and Communication Technology. The purposes of this research were 1) to develop electronic books on the topic of using painting program in Microsoft Windows 7 for grade 3 students which the efficient according to criteria of 80/80, 2) to study the learning achievement after using electronic books on the topic of using painting program in Microsoft Windows 7 for grade 3 students. The sample were grade 3 students of Tetsabanmitsampanwittaya School, Wang Nam Yen district, Sa Kaeo province selected by multi stage random sampling. The research instruments were : 1) Six lesson plans, 2) Electronic books on the topic of using painting program in Microsoft Windows 7 for grade 3 students in the learning area of occupation and technology, strand 3 : Information and Communication Technology, and 3) a set of 30 items learning achievement test (pre-test and post-test). The data were analyzed by using arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation and t-test (dependent sample).The research results found that were the efficient of the electronic books on the topic of using painting program on Microsoft Windows 7 for grade 3 students was 87.82/90.97. Also, the learning outcome of the post-test was higher than the pre-test at 0.05 level of statistical significance.
