Abstract:
This independent study aimed to study the human resource management of Border Patrol Police, Border Patrol Police 32. Quantitative data from 305 samples were collected by using questionnaires and were analyzed by frequency, percentage and mean. Meanwhile, quantitative data from 8 key informants were gathered by in-depth interview and were analyzed by the induction method.
It was revealed that the human resource management of Border Patrol Police, Border Patrol Police 32 was high in the aspects of recruitment, human development and employee retention, while and the aspect of awarding was less.
