Abstract:
The Objective of this case for study is the operating of market condition, current and future trends of social network. In order to study is purchase of collagen products online behavior and the communications market comparisons. Five factors that cause affect buying behavior of collagen products are advertising, PR and promotion, electronic email Marketing, viral marketing and product, sets of questionnaires to gather information from internet shoppers however data were analyzed by calculating the average percentage and standard deviation of 400 internet shoppers.
The result showed that female internet shoppers 16-25 years old or undergraduate students with no congenital disease and revenue lower than 7,000 baht. The most purchase influencers are from the personal sources. Usually the most purchasing product is Colly Pink Collagen during 500-1,500 baht product ordered 1-3 month.
Market factors that affect the purchase: overall the effects of online shopping behavior on a large scale. Product factors which affect the most tender the second is tell marketing, advertising, PR or promotion and E-mail marketing respectively.
