Abstract: งานศึกษาครั้งนี้ จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางและความเป็นไปได้ในการยกระดับชีวิตของชนชั้นแรงงานทั้งที่เป็นลูกจ้างและเกษตรกรยากจน ให้มีพลังต่อรอง มีพลังต่อสู้ ด้วยการรวมกลุ่มและสร้างฐานเศรษฐกิจ เพื่อยกระดับรายได้ สวัสดิการ และคุณภาพชีวิต ที่สำคัญการยกระดับชีวิตของคนชั้นล่างเหล่านี้ให้กินดีอยู่ดี เป็นหนทางหนึ่งที่จะนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาการกระจายรายได้วิธีการศึกษาของงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ ใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research-PAR) โดยการสร้างโครงการทดลองทางสังคม ได้แก่ ธนาคารแรงงาน หมู่บ้านมั่นคงแรงงานสังคมเพื่อน และบริษัทฟื้นฟูเกษตรกรเมืองเพชรจำกัด(มหาชน) และมีแนวคิดทฤษฎีชี้นำในการศึกษาคือ แนวคิดทุนมวลชน (collective capital formation) และแนวคิดวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม (social enterprise) ส่วนทฤษฎีที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ฐานเศรษฐกิจของลูกจ้างและเกษตรกร ประยุกต์จากทฤษฎีฐานและโครงสร้างส่วนบน (Base and Superstructure) ของ Karl Marxผลการศึกษาพบว่า การสร้างฐานเศรษฐกิจของลูกจ้างและเกษตรกรในงานวิจัยนี้ หัวใจอยู่ที่การกระจายกรรมสิทธิ์ในปัจจัยการผลิต โดยเฉพาะ“การกระจายการถือครองทุนให้แก่สมาชิก” ความเป็นไปได้ในการสร้างฐานเศรษฐกิจแรงงาน เริ่มต้นจากการปรับทุกข์ผูกมิตร สร้างความไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน และพัฒนาไปเป็นการออมของสมาชิกจำนวนมาก เพื่อแปลงไปสู่การสร้างทุนของมวลชนที่สมาชิกเป็นเจ้าของ โดยการจัดตั้งธนาคารแรงงาน ซึ่งเป็นทุนการเงิน นำไปสู่การลงทุนในทุนการค้า และทุนการผลิตของมวลชน จัดตั้งเป็นวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคมอีก 2 แห่ง คือ หมู่บ้านมั่นคงแรงงานสังคมเพื่อน เป็นฐานเศรษฐกิจของลูกจ้าง ภายใต้แนวคิดหนึ่งครัวเรือนสองวิถีการผลิต และบริษัทมหาชนฟื้นฟูเกษตรกรเมืองเพชร เป็นฐานเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร การมีธุรกิจของมวลสมาชิกนำไปสู่กรรมสิทธิ์ร่วม(Common Property) ของสมาชิกในปัจจัยการผลิตอื่นๆ เช่น ที่ดิน(โฉนดชุมชน) เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ เป็นต้น และสร้างรายได้ยกระดับฐานเศรษฐกิจให้แก่มวลสมาชิกทั้งฐานที่เป็นค่าจ้าง และไม่ใช่ค่าจ้าง ในรูปแบบค่าจ้างและกำไร พร้อมกับเพิ่มอำนาจต่อรองให้แก่ลูกจ้างและเกษตรกรได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วยอย่างไรก็ดี โครงการทดลองทางสังคมทั้งสามแห่ง นับเป็นโครงการริเริ่มจัดตั้ง แม้ว่าจะมีหลักการและการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดทุนมวลชนและวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม แต่ยังมีปัจจัยอื่นๆ ที่ต้องปรับปรุงเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้ธุรกิจของมวลชนยืนยันอยู่ได้ภายใต้การแข่งขันแบบทุนนิยม โดยเฉพาะคุณภาพของบุคลากร การมีเทคโนโลยีและนวตกรรม และความคิดความเข้าใจควบคู่กับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก

Abstract: The objectives of this thesis are the possibility of increasing the workers’quality of lives those are employees and poor farmers to make bargaining power by means of building up the economic base for higher income and welfare. This also will leads to the improvement of income distribution.The Methodology of this thesis is Participator Action Research-PAR by making social lab that includes Labour Bank, The village of friendly worker society, and Muang Phet Agriculturist Restore Public Company Limited. The theoretical frame works are Collective Capital Formation, Social Enterprise, together with base and superstructure concept of Karl Marx.The finding of this thesis show that the key factor of economic base of workers and farmers are the ownership on means of production.Especially, the distribution of capital ownership to workers.The possibility of making an economic base drawn from three case studies is friendship, trust, then bringing about saving and collective capital formation. Hence, it has brought about Labour Bank, the institution of a money capital. This then leads to the investment for production and trading of mass members. Inculding, the setting of 2 social enterprises those are the village of friendly worker society which is the economic base for employees under the concept of one family with two productions and Muang Phet Agriculturist Restore Public Company Limited which is the economic base for farmers. The business of the mass members leads to common property on other factors of production such as land machines and equipment, in which generating income for elevation of economic base in the forms of wage and non-wage and profit to the members accompany with increasing for bargaining power.Nonetheless, the all 3 social lab. are the beginning projects. Although, there are principle and operation in according with collective capital formation and social enterprise but it needs also the other factors to improve the making militant business of the mass under capitalism’s competition. Especially, quality of personnel, technology, ideas and understanding coupled with member’s participation
