Abstract:
In the present, many of IT divisions provide ICT career information differently. Therefore, this information cannot use to support decision-making for the person who involve with the ICT career. The objective of this research is to develop the model of ICT career analysis. International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO-08) framework and the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA v.5) are used to define the relation of ontology structure of ICT career. In addition, this research analyzes the relation of ICT career from the demand of market, calculates the weight of this relation from ontology and the proportion of the careers specification relationcompare the ICT careers specification and evaluates the similarity of ICT occupation. After that, the research analyzes ICT career path by finding the shortest path. and career trend. This system provide information for the four group of person involved ICT career including 1) the students who will chose to study ICT in the university and the graduates who are finding an appropriate position for themselves, 2) the person who works in ICT career and requires to change the position 3) ICT divisions that require the person who have an appropriate qualification with the position and 4) educational institution that requires to improve curriculum for supporting the need of labor market. A 700 of ICT career information is studied for this system development.
